WBM were tasked by our Client to re-develop the existing 1950's public amenities in the Centre of Plymouth.
WBM employed Studio Winter Chartered Architects (www.studiowinter.com) and Faraj Consulting Ltd (www.faraj-consulting.co.uk) to develop the scheme and to obtain Buildup control Approval.
The scheme took 4 months to complete and involved:
- Replacement of exisiting accessible toilet with 3 accessible toilets at street level.
- Complete refurbishment of below ground toilets, including new M&E design and installation.
- Construction of canopy roofs over the entrance and exit stairwells.
