Working for Atkins Property Ltd we have recently completed the refurbishment of a warehouse into a call centre.
The works consisted of constructing a new curved suspended ceiling in the main room, refurbishment of the toilets, the installation of a new kitchen, an entire new mechanical and electrical system, dry lining, plastering and decoration.
The works were handed over ahead of schedule and under budget.
