The Promise School has been built to cater for up to 100 primary and secondary pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties and on the autism spectrum.
Working with our Client, Willmott Dixon, WBM Groundworks Ltd were awarded the Groundworks subcontract package on the £10.7 million development
Works commenced in November 2021 and the building was handed over in late Spring 2023 in time for the new school year starting in September 2023.
Works that needed to be completed on this project are as follows:
- Bulk earthworks
- Foundation Construction
- Drainage & Attenuation Tanks
- Road construction
- Sports Pitch drainage
